I host weekly live classes on Instagram. If you are a monthly member, those are included as part of your subscription.





The monthly membership is more than just having access to yoga videos and physical movement – it’s about community. It’s about supporting each other when life gets a little crazy (hello, 2020!) and having a safe space to simply show up as ourselves, with all of our fears, anxiety, neuroses, and stress. We see you and I’m here for you. Together we will breathe in and out, and dance forward on this beautiful journey of life.

I have an online video library that provides yoga classes you can take in the comfort of your own home, or from wherever you may be in the world! These are accessible for all levels, as I provide modifications and adjustments. Remember, it’s about listening to your body and honoring where you are each day you show up on the mat.
